Dear God,

Please help to release me from my resentments, grudges, and disappointments. I have been holding onto them for so long and bringing myself lots of unhappiness. I don't deserve it and I want to be more connected to the world, love, and the energy around me. I understand the lessons that have been given to me, and am ready to forgive both myself and others and move into the light that has always been there for me. I forgive, I understand, and I love. I am stronger now and I am ready. Thank you for my hardships, my lessons, and the gifts that you have given me to discover.
